Nous avons passé une soirée inoubliable tant par la réception de l'ensemble du personnel. Chambre avec literie digne d'un seigneur. Dîner excellent . Petit déjeuner merveilleux. Nous ne pourrons jamais oublié ce cour séjours dans cet hôtel qui mérite largement le nom de "PALACE". Nous félicitons la directrice qui gère cet établissement exceptionnel. Mme MARRO et Mr BOUCHER

Bien pour un hôtel mais très insuffisant pour les airelles. Voiturier et concierge au top. Pour le reste : - on vous envoie un questionnaire quelques jours avant votre arrivée, on vous demande votre cocktail préféré et votre gâteau préféré Problème : vous ne verrez jamais votre cocktail ni votre gâteau, Quel est le but de cette démarche ? C’est curieux … - on vous accueille mais sans vous proposer un verre de bienvenu alors que le couple d’américains derrière vous y a droit, on ne vous présente pas l’hôtel, on ne vous explique pas où sont le spa, la salle de sport, les horaires, ni où et quand prendre le petit déjeuner etc ( certes nous avions une poussette mais est-ce une raison suffisante ?) - un membre du personnel travaillant à l’accueil m’a tout simplement laissé en plan dans un couloir avec mon fils de 5 ans alors que je cherchais le kids club en me disant qu’il était fermé ( il ne l’était pas) et quand je lui demande assistance me répond qu’elle n’a pas de téléphone, qu’elle ne s’occupe pas de ça et s’en va. Encore une fois, une attitude très étrange quand on connaît le soin normalement apporté au client aux airelles. Un bel endroit donc mais rien à voir avec val d’Isère par exemple, il y manque la rigueur et le sérieux qu’on y attend.

Amazing stay! Booked based on Travel & Leisure reco and wasn’t let down (again). The staff was amazing. The property is stunning and the views are incredibly beautiful. Would definitely return. Elio in the concierge was super helpful and very friendly. I appreciate all his help before and during our stay. 10/10
