Yoselin was the best. She made us feel like we were family! She was professional, informative but most importantly, super pleasant. The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee. The hotel is right on the water and they will assist you with a boat taxi to go to Playa Cacao. The room was super clean and comfortable. The shower was great with hot water. Our stay in Golfito was wonderful and a huge part was due to this hotel.

Das Hotel ist schön, verfügt über einen Pool und ein gutes Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gross. Vor den Zimmern hat es jeweils einen Tisch und ein paar Stühle, so kann man am Abend gemütlich draussen sitzen und ein Bierchen geniessen. Es hat auch einen grossen, bewachten Parkplatz und man kann sein Auto mehrere Tage dort stehen lassen auch wenn man nicht dort übernachtet (10$/Tag). Perfekt für einen zwischen halt wenn man danach mit dem Schiff in eine andere Unterkunft geht.

Es un buen hotel para estar en Golfito, con una muy buena relación calidad a precio a mi parecer. Está ubicado en la bahía de Golfito junto a la marina, con una muy agradable vista al mar y los barcos, además de contar con un pequeño muelle desde el que se pueden observar muchos peces de colores. El hotel cuenta con una agradable piscina dividida en dos secciones totalmente delimitadas e independientes, para niños y adultos. La piscina es muy agradable y está muy limpia. Cuenta con un amplio parqueo y un restaurante para los desayunos, que por cierto tienen un buen sabor y cantidad. Las habitaciones son amplias, con armario, TV por cable, A/C, ventilador, baño privado con agua caliente, nevera y tomacorrientes. Cuenta con bastantes habitaciones preferenciales y rampas por todo el hotel para que personas en silla de ruedas o coches puedan desplazarse sin problemas. Está muy cerca del depósito libre y en el centro, por lo que hay abundantes opciones para comprar algo y/o comer. Algunos de ellos, incluso ofrecen servicio express a la habitación para facilidad de los huéspedes. Al menos de mi parte, identifico algunas oportunidades de mejora, como por ejemplo el mantenimiento de la habitación, que el picaporte en nuestro caso no servía. Además, el tamaño del baño es sumamente pequeño e incómodo para bañarse. También, la cerámica que está en el corredor y pasillos es super resbalosa y es fácil accidentarse, talvez colocar algún antideslizante pueda evitar una caída... A mi me gustó, lo volvería a visitar y lo recomiendo.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, la wifi est bonne mais il n'y a rien dans le frigo. La piscine est propre et la vue sur la baie est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et en plus on parle français, ce qui est un plus. Le taux de change n'est pas exceptionnel mais le service est bon. A essayer!

Me hospedé 1 noche para celebrar el aniversario con mi novia, desde el momento de hacer la reservación fueron muy amables y serviciales con mi persona. Se encargaron de hacer nuestra estadía inolvidable. Todo muy impecable y bonito. El señor de la recepción al check in super amable, el desayuno incluído fue una completa delicia. La piscina súper también. 100 a este hotel y sus colaboradores.

Una excelente opción para hospedarse cerca de Golfito, a unos 5 minutos del Depósito Libre… la atención fue excelente, la habitación era bastante amplia, camas grandes, aceptan mascotas y en cuanto al desayuno yo había leído comentarios anteriormente donde decían que el desayuno no era bueno, pero para mi opinión si era simple el gallo pinto pero tenía buen sabor, no es el mejor gallo pinto q haya comido claramente pero tenía buen sabor! Una excelente opción en Golfito definitivamente!

Large room, good breakfast, decent amenities, friendly staff, well-located. Only caveat is price fluctuates quite a bit. Can be 45 USD one day, 80 the next. Monitor the rate, reap the benefits. Pura Vida.

Wir hatten 3 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Alle Zimmer mit Schimmelbefall!!! Beißender Geruch in den Zimmern durch Insektenvernichtungsmittel gegen Kakerlaken. Ein Zimmer hatte Wasseraustritt vom Bad bis ins Schlafzimmer, in einem anderen Zimmer gab es keinen Strom/Fernseher. Nach Reklamation bei der Chefin hat diese auf Nachfragen zwar bestätigt das der Schimmel nicht normal sei, dann aber behauptet das in einem Zimmer geraucht wurde (Lüge!!!). Wir haben fluchtartig das Hotel verlassen. Ekelhaft und dann noch unverschämt! Nie mehr wieder!
