3-Star Hotels in Goiania

The hotel service is very good, the equipment is very new, and it feels safer than the other hotels in this time. The room is large, comfortable, and the location is good. It's not too far away if you drive.

At least on the weekend we were there, close to a national holiday, we found the too highly priced for what it offers. But, except for a detail in the room, which I'll mention later, there was actually nothing wrong - from the reservation via Booking including interaction via Instagram and WhatsApp and check-in everyone on the team was very friendly and efficient. The room has a good shower, good beds, they honored our request for a quiet part of the hotel, facing the least busy street. All clean. Of course, one doesn't enjoy paying for parking, but the price was reasonable for that. If you have a car, the location is very practical and close to important alternatives, like the main shopping mall in town and easy to reach nearby locations like Alphaville, the Goiânia Country Club, which for us were all places we came to visit. It's a 15-minute drive from the Sun and Moon fairs and walking distance from Sunday's Cerrado Fair. Breakfast was fine, especially on Sunday and if one has a bit of sweet tooth. I splurged on avocado ”vitamins” (smoothies) and we enjoyed the ”natural” sandwiches - adding slices of tomato and cucumber, items one usually doesn't find at breakfast buffets. Pet-peeve: no place inside the bathroom to hang the used bath towels after use - we had to hang them on the hangers in the closet.

I didn't know there was a bad hotel like this. Check.in without any sympathy or explanation of anything, people seem completely unmotivated to work in this decadent place. The old room, air with noise insupportable out of the dirt, dirty beds, bath and incards, mounted and sliced beds, locks and uncomfortable beds, the bathroom washing water everywhere, old and horrible shower. What I didn't like: double room with 1 towel, I asked and I think if I was waiting would still be there. Wi-Fi, we tried in any way and went to the reception and nothing. Another thing that made me extremely annoyed was that in the morning when I asked for the car, the car was parked in the street, I didn't understand, spent the night in the street? If you took it, who did it?

The hotel is a good hotel, a great bathroom, a legal look, a friendly receptionist and a care via WhatsApp precise. Good room and bed, air conditioning ok, a large bathroom but the box is small, a fat person can't get in. The cleaning during the stay left unwanted, I didn't think it was necessary to clean every day, and so I was taking myself the waste I produced. One day I asked for cleaning, they only swallowed the beds and exchanged the floor of the bathroom, the same was filled with hair on the floor and no toilet paper rested, I had to ask. The room was close to the lift, so the noise was huge all day and a large part of the night, I didn't enter the pool, but it seemed clean, a quiet environment, I went two times and the pool was empty. Breakfast with the necessary and everything good taste.

The hotel is very well-smoked, the rooms are very clean, the bed and the comfortable bedroom. Breakfast well served, with a variety of options, including for those who drink coffee later, when hotels usually stop replenishing some items ... Excellent, extremely educated and agile staff care. It is well located and has excellent cost and benefit.

Bom, o hotel vem passando por reformas, modernizando o ambiente. Porém, ficamos no 11° andar, próximo ao um bar. De tarde, com tudo fechado você ainda consegue escutar a música. Ok.. pagodinho bacana. Rsr. O quarto em si é escasso de luz a noite, tem que ligar todas as luzes possíveis do quarto para ficar um pouco mais ”claro”. Na parte onde tem a pia do banheiro, tem um espelho que tem umas brechas atrapalhando quem está na cama. A cama, ao se movimentar parece que os pés vão quebrar pois são de madeira. Outro ponto é que o estacionamento é terceirizado. Tirando isso, o hotel é bom, mas não vale o valor investido, esperava mais.

We checked in around noon, went up to the room extremely tired and took a long nap before leaving again. We noticed there were no blankets in the room even though it is 9 degrees celsius in the city. We arrived again at night and requested blankets and extra pillows. First: The cleaning of the room is questionable as well as its condition. We waited forever for the blankets and we called again for it. We were told they were coming. That was around 11:15PM. WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS THAT LEAVES GUESTS WITHOUT BLANKETS? We waited too long and went downstairs to ask and we were told to wait. Went downstairs a second time at approximately 12:40AM and asked where  we could go to personally grab the items. I find that this hotel leaves their staff without enough support, I believe. Employees seem very unhappy working here and unwilling to please guests with simple things like service with a smile or a blanket. The room also did not have a TV remote. Horrible first impression of this hotel. Breakfast was ok. Coffee not good, but that could be a matter of taste. Even though towels were requested, they did not leave us with towels. We had to hunt them down and when we got them they were like kitchen rags. One employee was friendly and spoke english. He worked on Saturday night. The majority were not too friendly. The pillow and sheets were stained. I think mine had blood. It was so late when I noticed that I didnt even feel like letting them know cause I knew they would not care. Parking is advertised on *********** as free but we paid at checkout. Who knows? Never staying there again.
