I have stayed here previously and would opt for a room with two beds because the others are smaller and somewhat cramped. The view is spectacular; staff helpful with a room issue (excessive cigarette smoke odor) that took a day to resolve; location between Gloucester and Rockport ideal. Difficult moving luggage if you have a second floor room as there is no elevator. Overall, best view on the island.

We had a blast. The hotel was immaculate. The pool was beautiful and the ocean view was extraordinary. It was all around a great deal. The staff is really sweet and super helpful.

Great location and beautiful view. Room/property was clean and in good condition. The room comfortably slept 5 with the love seat pullout sofa bed. Nice breakfast that was included. Just did one night with family on a late booked trip going from Boston up to Acadia. Explored Cape Ann for a day to see Good Harbor Beach, Rockport, Halibut Point State Park, Wingaersheek Beach, which is nice with the pools and interesting people. For beach parking, you either need to reserve online now around 3 or so days in advance. We paid $25 to park in a private lot near Long Beach and walked to Good Harbor. Parking at Wingaersheek Beach is free after 3:30 pm.

Great spot in a great town, easy to Explore with so much to do. Hotel was very nice and has a great view of the ocean within close proximity to beautiful Good Harbor Beach. Make reservations to park beforehand, or get dropped off. It’s maybe a 15 minute fairly easy walk. Comfortable clean rooms with a continental breakfast included. There’s a nice pool as well as an evening fire pit. We will hopefully return.

You cannot beat the view, but that doesnt justify the prices they are asking for motel like rooms. They dont advertise the bathrooms because they are hostel like and disgusting. The room itself was okay for the most part, but it does smell musty. The bathroom had tons of mold. The breakfast is a joke. You get a better breakfast at a Hampton inn that charges 5x less.

We spent our honeymoon here, it was beautiful. The location was great, right in the mix of everything. The views were stunning, it was quiet, clean, and staff was very nice and accommodating.

The outdoor amenities and location are beautiful but cleanliness in the room and attention to detail was lacking. There was a half used water bottle in the room upon check-in and black hairs throughout the bathroom.
