I booked a city view, but they assigned me a room with a fan? I changed the room right away, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the female staff member in charge was ******. General points: Breakfast remained the same for three days, very monotonous; parking costs $25 a night (people from Shanghai B area say it's too expensive!

The hotel is located in town near Americana Mall. Lobby is big . The room size is ok. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable.

The location is great, however it is very dirty. There was bugs in the bathroom ceilings and the room smelled bad. However, it is affordable for the location.

This hotel was in a nice location- safe, and fairly close to the things we wanted to do. The room was nice too. The hotel is fairly small and quiet. The only things that I didn’t like was when we were trying to check in, it took awhile for any staff members to come out. I even called after waiting for so long. I also didn’t realize that there would be a $10/day parking fee.
