Well located hotel, easy to find street parking for free, and the staff were all incredibly nice, especially the gentleman on late night check in when we arrived. The room was basic, but fine- only small issue is there were ants in the bathroom. The staff were helpful about sending someone to clean the room, but it didn't have a massive impact. Overall, good hotel at an excellent price point to explore the city easily.
The room is very small. After checking out, the front desk inexplicably deducted the deposit. I went back and negotiated and dealt with it. The hotel is on the second floor, without stairs, very close to the Porto bakery, and the entrance is a public parking area

Very good. The hotel room is very big. The sofa is another bed. The laundry room costs US$ 3.5 for laundry, US$ 3.5 for drying, and parking fee of US$ 30 a day is deducted from the deposit. There is a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool. The location is good, and there is Din Tai Fung next to it. I like it very much
In the Glendale area of LA, very close to Universal Studios, and a little distance from Disney and Santamonica.
Originally, this level of hotel is expensive, but we chose this hotel because we were going to stay for 3 consecutive days and considering the security in LA.
Good points: Newly built hotel, very clean, with parking lot, paying for parking in LA makes people feel at ease...; free hot water and coffee, and mineral water will be provided by the front desk.
General points: Breakfast remained the same for three days, very monotonous; parking costs $25 a night (people from Shanghai B area say it's too expensive!
The hotel is very large, the rooms are suites, there are sofas and conference tables, business trips can also have meetings, very good!
The breakfast is rich in variety, can also be cooked on site, hot, very good, next LA has an extra hotel option!
Great experience! Clean hotel and nice location in a great area that’s near some good food spots. We were in town for Horror Nights at Universal Studios and this hotel was a great distance away — away from the hustle and bustle but still near shops and restaurants. Def would stay here again!
I booked a city view, but they assigned me a room with a fan?
I changed the room right away, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the female staff member in charge was ******. It's not that there were no rooms, but it's ridiculous that they gave us a bad room that we didn't choose, which is an option that other people would avoid. I was sure of it when they never greeted us first as we were Asians as we walked around the lobby.
It was the end of our trip and I was so tired,
so I changed the room right away, but I regret not complaining strongly when I think of other Koreans who will come in the future.
However, everyone except me was kind, and the room condition was good (the AC was bad).
Breakfast was not bad.
However, the sound of sports cars passing by at night was noisy.
The area called Glendale itself was safe and comfortable.
Breakfast is very simple, there is almost no place to eat breakfast, only to get to the hotel to eat, only bread coffee. Opposite is a shopping center, shopping and eating are very convenient. Near Universal Studios, 20 minutes drive
A great hotel for acceptable money. Have spent a decent time here yet renting accommodation. Cleaning every day, big parking, successful location right in the center of Glendale. In short, I advise. Very friendly staff at the hotel.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe best value for money, especially if you are going to Universal Studios. This is a mom-and-pop shop run by a Japanese aunt in Hong Kong. It has a very large space and a safe environment. There is a supermarket within a 3-minute walk. It takes 18 minutes to drive to Universal Studios and 35 minutes to Hollywood. It is also very clean!
GGuest UserThe location was perfect for our trip as my daughter needed to be at the State Board of Cosmetology very early the next morning. The hotel lobby clerk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was facing the main street and even up on the 5th floor the noise of the traffic was still quite loud. The view from the room was nice. Parking was tacked on for $16.95 additional charge. The beds were hard although the pillows were lovely. There were 3 of us staying in the room for which all were listed on my reservation however, we were only left with 2 towels total. The water from the shower was just warm enough to not be considered torture. They did offer pre packaged breakfast that consisted of a tiny bagel (unable to toast or heat up due to covid) and cream cheese, a package of nuts and package of shortbread cookies. Overall, I feel I paid way too much for this room for what we received.
EEm CharlotteThe hotel was in a really good area for what we wanted to do and the staff were helpful. The room was spacious, a split living area and bedroom which was good as it let us spread out. All areas were clean and the drink machine in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. The only problem we had was the WiFi was a bit spotty and didn’t work in all areas other than that would stay again

达达木人Breakfast is average, no extra beds are allowed, and parking is available. Close to the airport, it is nothing more than a small airport. When I arrived at the gate of the airport, I thought I was at the bus station.

GGuest UserThe location is great, however it is very dirty. There was bugs in the bathroom ceilings and the room smelled bad. However, it is affordable for the location.
