Great and smart front desk staff. He advice us a cheapest way to park. Convenient city place. Very Good breakfast service. My daughters love the TV with YouTube/ Netflix provided.

Very quiet hotel in the best and most expensive area of Glasgow. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the place. I would definitely go again in a next visit.

Great location for the West end of Glasgow. Service was brilliant, always someone at the front desk to help when needed. Room was clean and beds were really comfortable. I will stay again.

Not given the room I had requested upon booking and had I written confirmation a quiet room would be avaibable. Offered a room next to reception and kitchen or in the basement . A sad room that smelt of the bins outside. Carpets dark brown dated and dirty not light as in photos. Windows fitlhy and a heap of rubbish in garden view. Over priced and poor customer service. A total let down and not as in photos where it looks clean and modern.
