Easy check out and check in. The hotel was very clean and close to shops for food and University of Glasgow. Breakfast was standard and the kitchen made me the type of eggs I wanted. The room was clean though the shower cubicle was too small. The room temperature was comfortable for us. The hotel staff Lulu was very helpful, he allowed us to keep our luggages past check out time. All in all a good experience

Service: The front desk guy has a very good service attitude
Hygiene: Clean and tidy without any odor
Facilities: No elevator, small spiral staircase, it is not convenient to get big luggage up and down, big points deducted

Good reviews on booking, clean room, strong shower and good temperature. The rooms on the second floor and above are quite warm, and the rooms in the basement are colder. Free luggage storage at the front desk, great location, close to Gda and a range of supermarkets.
