I like to look over past reviews to see what things people were unhappy with. I'm happy to say, we did not experience any issues at all! We arrived late due to a postponed flight. We were sure to let Lorraine know about our issue and the estimated time we would arrive. I think some people don't realize that this is someone's home, and you need to be respectful of their time! Lorraine was really there to let us in, we had already ordered our breakfast by email for the next day, and we settled into the front room of the house on the 2nd floor. The room was huge, clean, and beautiful. There was coffee and tea in the room in addition to little snack items. We had a nice table and chairs to eat our delivered breakfast right in the room. My husband and I actually enjoyed being able to eat in the room and not have to get dressed to rush to breakfast in the dining room. From the bed and breakfast, we were able to walk everywhere in the city that we wanted to go. We did the "style mile", West Glasgow area, etc. We did not have a car and did not need public transportation. Lorraine prefers that the guests do not wear shoes upstairs. She told us in advance, so we were fine with that! The bed was comfortable and the location was super quiet, but so close to all the action. We were out and about so much, we only saw Lorraine during our breakfast delivery.

Gorgeous Victorian townhouse in the west end with easy access to restaurants, museums and the City Centre. We stayed in the Thistle Room and it was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. Lovely touches include plush towels, an electrical adapter for North American plug-ins, a games room, DVDs and space in the fridge for things you may want to store. Lorraine is a lovely lady and a fountain of local knowledge. Five stars!!

Lovely stay in a beautiful guesthouse - host was very helpful. Breakfast served in the room was a lovely treat. Area was handy for trains and Sauchiehall Street. Host advised free parking at weekend and then gave us instructions to park round the back of home in plenty time to avoid morning charges.

Lovely stay at 15Glasgow, our first time properly visiting Glasgow and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay, easy access to shopping areas and a short walk to Kelvingrove museum. I don’t think I have ever had such a quiet nights sleep, I couldn’t hear any other guests doors banging or loud conversations it was very peaceful ,the host was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious also!

Lorraine’s place is perfect. Off the beaten path, sometimes quiet. But so easy to walk to central places or to transport by bus or train. The rooms was spacious with everything we needed, and her service was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, so spoiled being served to your room each morning.
