The room is bathtub-style, and the water temperature is easy to adjust. The room is of a suitable size, but the window is sealed, there is a renovation site outside the window, and the heating cannot be turned on or off by yourself

I did not like the hotel location. Very spoiled location due to broken glass on pavings, people loitering and smoking substances. Reception - ok. My key card did not work on first attempt so had to revisited reception to fix. Room - dated and needs total upgrade - all old stuff. Secondary glazing - replace to modern. Bathroom - full update required. Departure morning - waited 10-15 minutes for lift to come up to the 12th floor - it never did. So resorted to using staircase to 5th floor where lift was coming to and used from there to ground level. The lift is slow so need to be modernised. If all of the above was attended to then I would return.
