The room decoration is similar to that of a budget hotel. The breakfast is just like brunch with few varieties. The location is very close to the train station. Toiletries/slippers are not provided. Other British hotels of the same price can ask the front desk for them, but this one requires you to pay for them at the front desk. You can wash your clothes but you have to bring your own laundry beads or buy one at the front desk for 1 pound.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is next to the Queen's train station, surrounded by many attractions and places to eat. It is convenient and not messy. Across the street is the tourist sightseeing bus and the bus to the airport. The lack of drinking water in the room is a drawback. Drinks in the UK are very expensive and you have to buy them yourself.
The room cleaner did not come until after 3 pm. It seems that there are many tourists.

Very very satisfied! The room is a bit small but the location is really good! The breakfast is also delicious. The bathroom uses Korres but the cleaner is a bit stingy and didn't replace it after staying for a week. The biscuits were half eaten and put back without new ones. There are no other obvious shortcomings. Recommended to stay.
