Nice place to spend one night away. The steam room is a pleasant addition paying a little extra if it's not included in your room rate (website was not specific about this). Staff very welcoming. I can definitely recommend this hotel. Stefy, Italy

Excellent service from start to finish. Jamie bar attendant excellent friendly service. Stevie saw to our every need at the excellent breakfast buffet even ordering me poached eggs. All staff very friendly. Would recommend highly. Location perfect.

On arriving at the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome . Our rooms were not all ready however we were able to use one room for our suitcases . We decided to have a drink in the lobby bar . Jamie one of the bar staff was so friendly and helped us with a table and more chairs nothing was a bother we asked where to go for food and entertainment he helped with this . Rooms clean and the beds and pillows were delightful. Breakfast everything you needed and you could also request poached eggs. stevie the host was very friendly , he greeted us with a smile very chatty nothing a problem. Altogether a wonderful stay . Great location. Would stay here again when in Glasgow . Thank you

Hotel was lovely, staff were amazing. Was a great location for us. The room was spotless and the beds were so comfy. Checked in late and helped by a lovely girl Katy. She helped us with everything. Nice to have a smiling face when we first arrived.

Location great for Central Glasgow. The beds were comfy but bedroom a bit cold. My friend found it so cold that at times sat with her jacket on in the room. Staff tried to reset the heating. The 3rd person succeeded with the heat but we were told the heating only went to 19 degrees. This was too cold for an old building with lots of big windows and hard floors and wasn't enough to take the cold from the floors. Well done Stevie the breakfast host for restoring our faith with his cheery attentive banter in the morning.

Delicious breakfast with great selection and really friendly staff. I enjoyed my lovely room, very modern bathrooms. Tori who served me at breakfast was so helpful. Enjoyed my stay here and will return when I am next in Glasgow for work. Would recommend.

We had a pleasant greeting on our arrival. Our king room was comfy, large and had all the facilities you need although a fridge would have been nice. We thought the decor was all tasteful. The bed was super comfy and although in a really central location, noise from Friday/Saturday night revellers wasn’t a problem. The room was clean and has a decent shower with hotel toiletries that smell great. I used the gym which is on site and has everything you need, ideal as the weather outside was wet. We had the breakfast on the second day which is additional but there is a good selection and staff are friendly. All in all we would definetely recommend and will return.
