He did not provide any checkin information on the day that we were expecting to arrive. I had to e-mail him over the Airbnb platform and waited for over an hour before I was eventually given checking information. Luckily I had alternative accommodation available in Glasgow so wasn't waiting around in the street for that hour. However, this lack of communication would be extremely stressful and inconvenient if a family was left waiting for an hour to cheque into the property.
