Premier Inn Chatham/Gillingham (Vic Pier)

Good location

I booked the hotel for 3 nights. Whilst I was there I received a number of small bites to my body so I checked out a day early. Asked for a manger and was told there wasnt one available. The restaurant staff were extremely rude and it took over 2 hours to receive my full evening meal on the first night. There was very little drink selection because they had not had a delivery. Room was noisy as was next to a main road. Avoid at all costs.

We stayed here for 8 nights and honestly could not fault our stay. We only had 3 nights booked originally but due to my elderly mother being seriously ill in hospital we had to extend our stay. The staff Joanne in particular could not have been more helpful and sympathetic to our plight. We were able to stay in the same room which was very comfortable and quiet. We ate dinner in the restaurant every night and had lovely meals. The staff were all very helpful and polite. All in all a very good stay.

Only stopped over night good Evening meal and breakfast in the hotel good nights sleep comfy bed clean room, good shower exceptional staff on reception and service in the dining area. only a small parking area so be quick reasonable priced aswell at 3 pounds, I was road side and didn’t hear anything from the busy traffic

The hotel is nice and clean except one bad experience with one of your staff she wos friendly to our face but we heard her talking about us as we are a coloured family we heard her saying racist things about us which is very unprofessional I did not know that premier inn have very racist people working for them she seems the kind of person that nice to your face then talks about you and she is rude and very unprofessional giving premium inn a bad name I will be putting my complaint on other media sites to let everyone know if they stay with you to watch out for a lady name sahra she is a narcissist and very racist behind you back

All staff warm and welcoming, looking clean and presentable. Had a wonderful night sleep after driving up from Portsmouth bed was so comfortable plenty of towels and pillows. Tea making facilities plenty tea bags sugar ect. On waking hot shower and breakfast was presented well lovely buffet overall good stay staff lovely and fresh in uniform clean uniforms chatty and well mannered definitely stay here again.
