We checked in around 2:00 p.m. for an express check-out at 4:30 p.m. in view of the aforementioned conditions. During this time, we ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was good, not extraordinary either, the fresh fruit juices were more refreshing than qualitative. Far too many ice cubes compared to the quantity of juice put in it (3 sips and the glass is finished). When you sell a fruit juice for IDR 50,000 in Bali (well above the average price), you obviously expect something else. We had put the bill on our room (around 272,000 for two dishes and two soft drinks and two fruit juices). Rather expensive. Finally, the only thing that was okay was the reception manager, finally someone understanding who didn't flinch to give us a full refund. The day after check-out, we collected our belongings which we had washed at their place the day before (3kg = 90,000 IDR; price above average). We were surprised to pay 100% for our restaurant the day before, without ever mentioning a commercial gesture to apologize for the day before with air conditioning that didn't work and a bathroom that served as heating for the room. Unfortunately the manager was not there, so I had to deal with the same receptionist from the day before.
