I had the best time in Broken Compass. The bed is comfy, the showers are clean and have hot water, they have a super cool pool with an under water tunnel and enough places to chill. I especially loved the vibe of the hostel, thanks to the staff!! They are super lovely and kind, doing there absolute best to make sure you have a good time. Such a clean and pretty hostel with amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were in great condition and had great facilities. Great location as it was so close to the beachfront and all the shops and stalls. We were able to book trips and experiences through them and couldn’t recommend the snorkelling trip enough! Great breakfast options and good music. All in all 10/10 great ambience and was a nice social but chill break from the liveliness of Gili T. Thank you!

This is by far the best hostel we have stayed in during our travels around SEA. The facilities were so clean and comfortable with fresh towels or bed sheets available any day. There were also plenty of toilet paper in every toilet which is super important for ladies! They offer a breakfast every more included in the price which is always the perfect amount of food you need. Simple but great! They do food all day which is exceptionally priced compared to other places and the drinks prices are very good too offering happy hours everyday. The location really is amazing, it’s just behind the beach front road so you aren’t next door to a club but everything from the beach to clubs/restaurants are all within a 5 minute walking distance. The harbour is also only 5 mins away so you don’t need to worry about taxis. The staff here are beyond amazing and helpful, they can organise transport from the island and trips around the islands as well as Scuba diving fun dives or courses with there sister hostel Compass divers (also HIGHLY recommend going here!) The best part of the hostel was the staff-they are so friendly and kind and always happy to help and genuinely want you to have the best time! We ended up spending most of our nights (if not all) with the bar guys Andi and Joe just chatting and enjoying ourseleves. They were the best at making cocktails (especially Mojitos). Everyone really made us feel at home and we were very sad to leave! Thank you Broken Compass, we will be back very soon!!!

One of the best hostel and the staff are super nice especially Ali and Zoel. They are friendly and funny. You can swim in the pool and you can have fun with the staff. They are welcoming and they can help you to set your plan with good prices. So, I highly recommend it.
