The room is spacious for 2 people. Clean and well maintained. Nice location and near to bus station.

Great location, great and helpful front desk, but house keeping was rather unclean / weird. I was still getting ready to leave my room, wearing my winter jacket and shoes etc, when the house keeping just entered the room and started cleaning the room straight away without giving me a little privacy before i leave. I was very uncomfortable and confused at that moment.

Beautiful hotel with perfect view of a cathedral from our twin room. Hotel is in a historic building with lovely architectural features by the canal and the room we were in was a cleverly designed ”duplex” with the bathroom and sinks on the upper floor (ie loft) which made full use of the almost double volume ceiling in the smallish twin room we were in. The only drawback was that the steps were narrow and steep and would pose a problem if one had mobility issues. The toilet was located by the door next to the entrance but there was no sink for handwashing. Alcohol gel in a pump bottle was provided. There is a café, lifestyle / clothes shop and supermarket in the same building. Very convenient and the hotel's location was walkable to all the sights in Ghent central. The front desk staff were very polite and gracious and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived before 11am, since check-in was strictly at 4pm. We were happy to find that our suitcases had been already delivered to our room when we returned to the hotel at 4pm. There are 2 bars in the hotel - one which is open to the public which was buzzing in the evenings and a guest-only ”Honesty Bar” (1st photo) in which hotel guests could purportedly help themselves to liquor and pen down what they had imbibed - but I never saw anyone in it ! This could be due to a lack of ice or mixers. Or glasses. 🍸

Located in the center, you need to get a car access permit in the center online or at the reception, the receptionist can do it for those who go with their own car. Parking €30 per day. Has a fridge and kettle in the room

Great hotel in a great location! I was situated in the front of the hotel facing the street with beautiful views of Gent’s skyline. Lots of cafes and restaurants just downstairs and in walking distance. There was also a lot of great shopping nearby. Standard retail that you could find in most cities and also interesting shops with handmade and unique products. Also walking distance to all the sights you want to see. Although the room is small, it was comfy.

It is located in a very good location in the city center next to City Hall. There are a lot of restaurants and things to see nearby.

It is very close to the train station and there is a supermarket. The hotel lobby is large and has good facilities. The room is very warm, the sanitary environment is very good, the breakfast is rich, and the stay is very comfortable. Worth recommending

No window opening is possible and the room is very warm. Air conditioning is all, even if it is in the indoor room. The air-conditioning does not even refresh the room, even at 16°. Parking is expensive and what a terrible ring to reach their parking. 1 departure from 3-armen missing and just ride around a quarter and try again. Who's signed the road plan there? All of it had a good seller! Sorry for the hotel! A hotel very nice, all furnished, delicious tables, very good beds, professional staff. I went there with the helicopter right away! ;)

The room is large, very comfortable, breakfast is average, not in the city center, it is very convenient to have a car.

Amazing helpful accommodating staff, spacious rooms, parking a bit expensive at 19 euros . The breakfast was good lots of choice 15 minutes drive from the centre The suite had beautiful large bed and everything and more to accommodate at very pleasant stay
