Sink water is leaked, water comes in floor, shower is not working, no any food availability in hotel, no any dental kit, soap or properly service availability

Hotel room was dirty, bed was also not clean, toilet were horrible. Kindly do not prefer this hotel to anybody. Remove from your list, in case you will continue it will loose the credibility of mmt.

yes the receptionist girl and front staff were very rude, the attendant and cleaning staff were very irritating even though the allotted room was not clean then shifted another room that room was very worst in condition we came there after traveling about 15 hr in train but no relaxation that's why we left from the after 3-4 hrs.

Changed 3 rooms first room ac not working very dirty room toilet fly-sh not working ac not working power fluctuation second room same problem in addition fan sounding like enfield bullet bike third room same problem with bathroom full of insects finally after escalation so called but ok room given at night 2 30 very horrific experience with hotel this time expecting a refund and compensation
