Location of hotel is very good. Rooms are average without any view. Food absolutely hopeless. Every dish taste same. No non veg food available. The mattress of the bed is very old fashioned and too soft which will surely bring back pain of the guest.

Amazing facilities available in fortune district centre Ghaziabad of itc group and it’s really very good hotel in Ghaziabad to provide the best services to the guests and Ms Rishita at reception she is so warm and very polite behaviour of her she is so smiley they are greeting to the guest with “Namaste “ gesture and Mr Nikhil is very friendly and supportive for the guest and I am glad to stay here.

Evaluation in Chinese for Chinese friends who are going to India for reference. Breakfast is suitable. Although vegetarian dishes are the main thing, at least one fish or chicken and fried eggs are available every day. It is winter in the hotel. The air conditioner has no heating. Very good in India, I used to take a bath in the morning, so there is no hot water in the evening. In the morning, there is enough hot water. The only disadvantage is that there are no disposable slippers.

The arrangements were done in the Tangerine Grand I banquet hall of Lemon tree hotels. We had 190 members confirmed visit. Food arrangement was excellent. Absolutely delicious. Food selection - Chef Ranvir had personally discussed with us and advised us changes to our selection , increasing the quality of our dinner. No issues with quantity. Serving was perfectly ***aged by Mehboob and Rohit. The DJ setting was absolute with a 10feet x 08feet led wall enhancing the occasion - showcasing the marriage functions to the present members. The decoration felt so personal that it grapled the bride and groom , the photographers enjoyed grasping each moment.

The room service was good and Mr. Sparsh on behalf of reception team was cordial and coordinating. We really enjoyed our stay in our rooms with prompt laundry and room service. All the queries were also answered satisfactorily.

I booked the hotel for multiple events for my brother's wedding. The overall experience was amazing. We booked multiple rooms for stay. The hotel rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. Clean rooms with all facilities. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The service was on time and helped us in making the events successful. We organised Mehendi, Haldat and Haldi in the common hall (30-40 people can be accommodated). We also booked the Ground Hall to accomodate our 150+ guests for our pre-wedding party. I tried to book it for the Sagan and Wedding as well but it was already booked for the days. The food was amazing. Every dish starting from starters to desserts were delicious. If I have to compare the food from this hotel with any of the hotels like ITC, Taj and Leela, I would definitely rate it above all of them. I am extremely happy with the food quality, hygiene, maintenance, cleanliness, comfortability and ambience.

Overall eveything was good, just felt that may be receptionist can be more humble and professional ! in service industry basics add more value - may be to start with welcome sir ! its just little guidance can do wonders and retain customers !
