The hotel has complete facilities, the air conditioning is very cool and the price/performance ratio is high.
Nice environment and good location.
I really like the room with its own bathtub. It is clean and tidy, and I feel completely at ease living there.
Check-in was also fast and the hotel service was as good as always.
The front desk staff is enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello, which is very considerate! There are plenty of parking spaces and it is very convenient. It is recommended to families who need to stay in a hotel!

A comfortable and relaxing experience, the outdoor hot spring pool in the room feels very leisurely and great. The dinner was quite rich. We had two different sets of meals for two consecutive nights, so we didn't get tired of it.

When we left, the old man was waiting for us at the door very early. When we went out for a walk, he also thoughtfully prepared a map for us. The service of the older generation of Japanese is really amazing. There is a special room for breakfast and dinner, which tastes good. There is a private bath in the room. Open the window to the outdoor private bath. Hehe, there are several hot springs upstairs and downstairs. My wife took a bath three times a day and soaked in all the hot springs. Gero is not big, so it is suitable for a leisurely stroll for half a day, eating some snacks, returning to the hotel to taste food, watch the snow, and take a bath.
