Μια υπέροχη εμπειρία που σίγουρα θα θέλαμε να επαναλάβουμε και του χρόνου. Ξεκινώντας από την ημέρα της άφιξης μας, η Σπυριδούλα στη ρεσεψιόν μας υποδέχθηκε με χαμόγελο κι ευγένεια και μας εξήγησε όλα τα απαραίτητα για τη διαμονή μας. Στη συνέχεια γνωρίσαμε τον υπέροχο κ.Γιαννη, ο οποίος έλυσε κάθε απορία μας και ήταν πάντα δίπλα μας σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε. Είναι σπουδαίο να βλέπεις γύρω σου ανθρώπους χαμογελαστους, προθυμους να εξυπηρετησουν, με ευγένεια. Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα, πεντακάθαρα και οι κυρίες που τα φρόντιζαν πάρα πολύ καλές. Το φαγητό εξαιρετικό, πλούσιος μπουφές που καλύπτει όλα τα γούστα. Το προσωπικό κι αυτό εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Κάθε βράδυ απολαμβάναμε και μια διαφορετική μουσική εκδήλωση. Ο Danny στο Αρμονία, χαμογελαστος κι ευγενικός μας εξυπηρέτησε με ιδιαίτερη προθυμία. Το ίδιο και ο Ιωσήφ στην κάτω αίθουσα! Ευχαριστούμε επίσης τον Στέφανο και την Ειρήνη στη ρεσεψιόν που μας εξυπηρέτησαν κατά την αναχώρησή μας. Όλα υπέροχα! Μπράβο σε όλους και στη διοίκηση του ξενοδοχείου που απασχολεί πολύ προσωπικό και δίνει δουλειά σε τόσο κόσμο. Κύριε Γιάννη είστε ένας από τους λόγους που θα έρθουμε ξανά!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Corissia Princess. Die Rezeptionslitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Housekeeping-Team hat die Zimmer täglich sauber und gepflegt hinterlassen und die Damen waren auch freundlich. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Moskitonetze an den Schiebetüren – so konnten wir bei offenem Fenster das Rauschen des Meeres genießen, ganz ohne Plagegeister. Das Abendessen war hervorragend, mit viel Auswahl und Geschmack – und der Service durch einen sehr aufmerksamen Herrn war stets freundlich und angenehm. Auch an der Strandbar wurden wir nett bedient – lockere Atmosphäre, perfekte Ferienstimmung. Ein großes Plus: Es gab immer genügend Liegen, kein Gedränge – sehr angenehm! Die Lage ist ebenfalls super: nur eine kleine, wenig befahrene Straße trennt das Hotel vom Strand. Ein besonderes Lob verdient der Hotelmanager: stets präsent, engagiert und freundlich, von früh bis spät sichtbar – das merkt man im ganzen Haus. Fazit: Ein tolles Hotel mit Herz – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

The staff in this hotel couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. You step out of the hotel and on to a beach with comfy sunbeds provided. The pool at this hotel is small but you can use the pool and other facilities at the Corissia Park complex. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. We went to local tavernas to eat. I'd recommend Arkadi fish restaurant at the harbour. Good food and views. Georgiopolis is a good place to be. There's a bus to Chania and Rethymno every hour. Lots to do in the area but it was a bit hot for sightseeing. There weren't many uk travellers there but that's certainly not a problem. Feels as though we're european! We went to some entertainment and would recommend the Greek and Cretan nights. The Panorama Rooftop bar was good too. A great place to stay.o

Très bel hotel et surtout très bel endroit. Seul bémol, il est regrettable que le personnel de la réception ne parle plus un mot d’Allemand. Nous y venons pour la septième fois et avons pu observer ce changement. Le room service reste impeccable et l‘accueil de Yanis toujours aussi chaleureux. Il reste toujours aux petits soins des clients.

Such a wonderful hotel ❤️ Fabulous location right on the beach with the sound of the ocean always in your ears. Spotless room with a lovely balcony. Really great selection of food at both the breakfast and dinner buffets down at the Corissia Park sister hotel. And best of all is the staff -the friendliest and warmest of people: Katerina, Spyridoula and Irene at reception couldn't have been more helpful, Mr. Yannis so great when I first arrived, so tired, Georgia so friendly at the roof top cocktail bar with truly magnificent views. And the lovely smiling restaurant staff whose names I don't all know but Chrisoula, Leonidas and Eleni were always so welcoming. I look forward to coming back already 😊

Wir waren zum achten Mal im Corissia Princess und wieder sehr zufrieden. Besonders schön finden wir die Dachterrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht, den sehr guten Service, die Lage direkt am Strand und das Frühstücksangebot im Corissia Park. Wir haben eine Junior-Suite gebucht, weil uns die normalen Doppelzimmer zu klein sind. Die Suite ist sehr gut ausgestattet, kostet aber auch entsprechend.

In dem Hotel haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es besticht durch den Komfort, die Sauberkeit und vor allem durch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Wir werden es gerne erneut buchen, weil wir uns sehr gut aufgenommen und betreut gefühlt haben. Dazu hat insbesondere der Gästebetreuer Yannis beigetragen.
