Beautiful hotel with character. The rooms could do with some TLC. The restaurant service is great and the food is good. The home made ice cream was our night time treat. The prices are all over the place.e.g. 3 mini scoops of ice cream were 20 US$!!! The location is excellent.

A complete and total dump hotel. It's a very odd property (don't let the pictures fool you). The staff is rude, unpleasant, and do not like their job. Save yourself and pick another hotel in Georgetown.

A typical 2-star motel
This hotel is horrible and I’d never stay there again. There were some very helpful and kind employees but also some extremely rude ones. The location is dangerous, not encouraged to go outside alone for most part. Expect a couple of lizards in your room, they will say it’s normal and there’s nothing they can do about it. The rooms are very noisy. Make sure you turn the shower on 30 minutes before the time you actually want to shower, that’s how long it will take for hot water to come out. Terrible experience. 5 star price for a 1 star hotel. Never again

Not comfortable
The accommodation itself is ok but, the rooms are not isolated (noise cancelation). You will hear steps, knocks, and scratches on the wooden floors and walls. Also, the people who have very early flight AM flights due to non-isolated rooms will hear a lot of noise.

Das Hotel ist relativ hellhörig, was wohl der Tatsache geschuldet ist, dass es im Jahre 1840 gebaut wurde. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal macht nur zum Teil einen motivierten und freundlichen Eindruck. Es gibt aber auch positive Ausnahmen. Generell ist es aber für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Georgetown sehr zu empfehlen.
