Wir waren sehr überwältigt von diesem Wochenende und nehmen nur positive Erinnerungen mit. Die Erwartungen wurden um ein mehrfaches übertroffen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind großartig mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Auch war alles sehr sauber und die Betten waren super. Die kulinarische Erfahrung war außergewöhnlich und sehr sehr lecker. Es war wirklich alles ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für das schöne Wochenende.

The rooms and all areas are very clean and the hotel is sausage lovers paradise. Rooms and the bathrooms are large and comfort level is high. The owners are extremely nice and passionate with what they do. Klaus the owner is a sausage God 😂 and a funny guy. I will definitely go back again. All the food is home made, fresh and has a touch of bratwurst….even the desserts which was fun to try. The breakfast was also amazing. I will definitely go back again

Der Inhaber brennt für sein besonderes und aufwändiges Konzept und lebt dieses bis zum
kleinsten Detail. Zwei Punkte waren für mich störend: Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack deutlich (!) zu weich, die Vorspeise war für den Preis deutlich (!) zu wenig, obgleich geschmacklich sehr gut. Entsprechendes gilt auch für den Hauptgang. Erwähnenswert gut war das Frühstück mit sehr angenehmer und intelligenter Unterhaltung. Als einmalige und besondere Erfahrung in Ordnung.

Es war ein Einzigartigkeit Aufenthalt. So was findet man nirgendwo. Bratwurst so weit das Auge und der Gaumen reicht. Duper leckere Gerichte. Angefangen vom Frühstück bis hin zum Abendessen. Danke dafür.

Wie "verrückt" muss man sein um so eine Idee umzusetzen? Und dann auch noch bis ins kleinste Detail und mit soooooo viel Liebe und Humor. Wir waren vor 2 1/2 Wochen für eine Nacht Gäste in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel. Super Gastgeber, tolle Zimmer, alles sauber und gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Tisch im Gastraum, an dem die Gäste gemeinsam Abendessen und das Frühstück genießen konnten. So entsteht ein bisschen das Gefühl von B&B, was wir sehr lieben. Zum Frühstück werden auf Wunsch Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet. Alle Produkte beim Frühstück waren regional und das schmeckt man auch. Man kann sich 24 Stunden lang am Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Wurst bedienen und seinen Verbrauch dann beim Checkout mitteilen. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, das Heftchen mit den Rätseln zu lösen, denn es gibt einen Preis und man kommt in alle Ecken des Hotels. Wir haben dann noch in der Metzgerei ordentlich eingekauft.
