We had a pleasant stay for our 3 nights. The bed was reaaaaally comfy. The staff was friendly and the location is perfect. You can go anywhere from there. Thank you!

The room facilities are very old, and the cleaning is average. When they cleaned every day, they only threw away the garbage and didn't change the towels. Then we asked the front desk for water, and he said he gave it to us, but in fact, there were only two glasses of water every day. The funniest thing is that our friend lost a room card, and he asked us to pay 50 Malaysian ringgits, which is equivalent to nearly 90 yuan. We booked three suites, but the room types were not consistent in the end, and they didn't change us to the same one when we left. The room on the first floor was very damp and musty.

This hotel actually from an Ancient house, it look very nice from outside exactly same with picture but……
The environment of room was very dirty, i really don’t know how to comment on it, just let photo show everything.
Really not recommended people to stay here!!!!!!!

Happy staying here, the best staying here where it is located in a city that have mall, shops, food restaurants another hotel, banks and many type of facilities here and been provided. Always staying here, Sometimes we feel tired facing traffic jammed on the road.

The hotel is located in the center of George Town, in an old colonial building. And here his main problem is sound insulation. You can hear everything and everyone. Interesting room cleaning system, upon request. We also had to pick up tea and water ourselves from the reception every day. A little strange for 4 stars. The rooms are already in need of renovation
