Hotel check-in was smooth, staff is very polite. Everything is provided, including toothpaste n brush, Kettle n coffee, tea, but no fridge. Aircon is cold. Bed is firm n had a gd sleep. Overall, worth it. Thanks alot.

Unfortunately, Apple Times Square, giving your front house staff nice new red jackets do not make up for good manners and basic customer service. When i informed Mr Khan that the executive suite was dirty with other peoples' hair, he stated that next time I should book a better hotel! Indeed!! Wonderful advert for your hotel, Apple! Congratulations....

The place seemed to run down without a proper Maintainence since my last visit a year ago. My room could be open from outside. The water is leaking. After my complained, they changed me to a diff room and it’s still the same. Worse the toned towel. When they took my identification card during checked in and didn’t return to me until the next morning when I asked abt it . It was a bad experience

So far location is good.. room is spacious and clean.. free parking is limited to 4 but opposite have street parking which ok also..

The staff is polite. But the room floor is wet when i enter the room. Until i check out i still feel the floor bit wet. Also no housekeeping for the whole 3 nights i stayed in this hotel. Parking is limited to 4 spaces. But you can park opposite hotel which u need to pay.

Hotel location in centre of town.Spacious room with free wifi.Amenities like hair dryer,hanger,jug kettle,bottle drinking water in room.

King size bed, a bit soft. Room is clean but floor a bit sticky and small. Bathroom is big but basin is beside the bed. Location is fine but parking only four lots.

Good hotel consider this is low price hotel. Not too far from food court
