Location is good, room is big, 20min walk to the art street & close to famous eating place like chulia st, famous Penang laksa & teksen restaurant. However I do not recommend this hotel because there’s a night club near by, starting 9.30pm the night club music is very very loud until 3am! Even was weekdays. And I couldn’t sleep, the hotel staff gave me ear plugs then only I can sleep but still super annoying!

After all, it is located in the tourist center. The scope of activities inside the hotel is extremely limited. There are very few afternoon tea options. The service is not bad.
If you need a convenient location for a short stay, I recommend it. In terms of comfort, you can only turn off the air conditioner and fan when sleeping at night, otherwise it will be super cold. There is only a thin mattress and you have to bring your own earplugs because the bar next door will be noisy until about two o'clock in the middle of the night.

The hotel is next to a bar. It is noisy during the day and at night, and they sing karaoke until 6am. It is driving me crazy. I didn't get a good rest at all. I wanted to ask the store to extend the check-out time to 14:00 in the afternoon, but they refused and required 100 MYR per hour.

Basically satisfied. The front desk can communicate in Chinese. However, there is a bar nearby, and the singing will disturb you at night. I fell asleep at around 12 o'clock last night with the sound of thunder and rain. I don't know how long the singing lasted. If you are an early sleeper, you need to consider it carefully.
The cats are very cute and not afraid of people at all. There is also a backyard in the room on the first floor. Overall, I am satisfied.
