Positive: - Reasonable price - Walking distance to nearby eateries and shops - Small kitchen and fridge for simple cooking Negatives: - Long queue at the lift during check out, we took the stairs down from level 20 to level 6 - No kettle and drinking water in the room - No aircond in the room - No handheld shower

Toilet is smelly, kitchen sink was clogged, others is ok

The stay and environment for the apartment is excellent , recommended to book this apartment although check in is different from the place we stayed, but is just nearby.

Hi , as a very old customer of c-trip Is the first time in my life that hotel room look like prison , and beside and beside I have share door in my room I stay 5 days and they clean my room only one time The staff at the front desk was no polite and rude and they ask to upgrade bcz the room was no same like in ctrip then we must paid 200 RM, also we cannot enjoy facility because we don't belong to the hotel. Whn i ask why, they said because so many agent. So how can I book hotel in ctrip after they bring us to agent? U should take off this hotel from your apps s better. One more things they say suite room and bla bla bla The room and the clean service are really bed and beside from the front desk to the room tou need to walk more then 10 minuts and not not help from staff for luagguge . This is not HOTEL IS A PRISON ,maybe the prison is better Pls avvoide this hotel from your website. Hopefully PS pls people dont choose this hotel you will be in prison for all the time you stay.
