The instructions for check in are not clear. Respond from contact person quite slow. I have problem to get the key, mailbox code cannot use to open the mailbox. The unit we stay is very simple and clean, no interesting deco. Only basic equipment. Have problem with water heater, so they offer me another unit. The new unit we have problem with the tv, got picture but no sound.

We were very satisfied staying here even if it was just one night. The location is close to a row of food shops/restaurants and a comfortable atmosphere. We checked in a bit late (11.00 pm) because we were stuck in a jam, but the host was very responsible in helping to manage check-in in a self-service manner.
The room is clean and organized. It's just that we found the surrounding cleanliness a bit less than satisfactory, especially the elevator lobby, parking lot area and passage which are quite dusty, possibly due to the effects of construction activities nearby.

check in process not friendly. The owner should inform early the procedure of self check. I just infm about no check in counter by the security guard who also dont know the owner. After several attempt call then I got the instruction via whatsapp. This instruction SHOULD be inform very much earlier send out to me.

I needed a unit number to enter the hotel, but I didn't get a call from the hotel, so entry was restricted. It was small for three people, but the bedding and hotel supplies did not feel clean. I don't think I will use it again

The security is really bad. As soon as we entered, a security guard asked us for the room number, and he showed him the room number that the owner gave us. He told us to go straight to the third parking space. 082 My husband took the car. After parking, we went up to 12 o'clock in the evening and there were loud shouts and loud slams on the door. We dared to open the door in the middle of the night! Went to pick up the car the next morning when I was packing up to go back who knew the wheels were locked by security! I contacted Baoan and they said they needed 50 ringgits to unlock the door. I had no choice but to give it to them and asked why the door was not opened when we called last night! 🙄 It's 12:00 in the middle of the night and it's on the mountain again 🙄😢
