The windows in the room were so dirty that it was impossible to take pictures. The operation of some electronic equipment in the room cannot be clearly understood at a glance, and it takes a lot of effort to use your brain. The route from the hotel to the guest room is not clear. Staying in Genting at this price is too low value for money. The breakfast and dinner provided were of a very low standard. When I checked in on the same day, I was told that the room would be upgraded for free the next day and that I would not need to move (it was a problem with Ctrip when booking the room). However, I got a call at about 2 o'clock this afternoon to tell me what kind of water pipes needed to be repaired in the room and asked me to move. It was the first time I encountered this kind of experience for two days with a room costing nearly 7,000 yuan.

The hotel doesnt have a gym, spa or a pool… quite disappointed. The services in the bar and restaurant did not exceed expectations. We also noticed that the public areas were often not well maintained or dirty. However, most of the lobby staff was friendly. We love the carefully made bed and the amenities offered in the room.

I stayed at this hotel because it is the only hotel in Genting Highlands that provides butler service. Faizen, the Assistant Manager responsible for housekeeping team operations, was helpful in answering my pre-arrival inquiries and professionally organizing my stay. In addition, Mark from the housekeeping team is very attentive and helpful. Thanks to his professional service, I was well taken care of during my stay. On the downside, breakfast is a la carte with few choices (the one in the photo is breakfast). In addition, some staff (such as the hotel's Genting rewards club) have average attitudes and do not meet the standards of a Forbes five-star hotel.
