Far from premium outlet and ******… I book sky retreat but given another apartment room.. in block 7??? need take grab in and out… they provide bus to ****** but not free… it is cheaper to take grab if you have 2 and above pax…and don’t need wait specific time…
The bedsheets are not changed… and stain with white substance… see picture…

It's too far from **, so it's inconvenient to eat, but the environment is very good and quiet. You can consider taking a bus every half an hour to **. The room is very good and clean. It's hard to call Grab

I booked Sky Retreat from Trip.com and during check in we received our room at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel
Pros
-a decent room size & bathroom
-got balcony with mountain view
-complete toiletries
-RM99 only
-weather so nice up there
Cons
-this is the terrible part: parking and receptionist is far, luckily I read the reviews on how to get to receptionist but I still find it very far. Tak pernah lagi i pergi hotel receptionist dia jauh macam ni.
-need to validate tng card before going out in order to get free charge but.. again validation needs to be done at receptionist which is very far. Sangatlah tak convenience oh god. Buat pikir banyak kali bila nak keluar sebab malas nak jalan jauh
-lift only 4 but the night we were there, only 2 functioning.
Conclusion: Hope mgt will improve on check in and check out process, the lift operation, the receptionist placement. Will not come back once these are improved

The hotel is booked and cannot be cancelled or postponed. It's a pity that we couldn't stay because we had urgent business. So we booked a new hotel and planned to postpone the check-in date. In the end, we couldn't. We looked at the hotel map and it was on the top of Genting. If we have a chance, we'll try to stay there again.
