The room is big enough and the price is cheap. If you are traveling alone and lack company, Xiaoqiang's family is waiting to accompany you in the kitchen. The various sweaty smells on the bed follow you into your dreams, and there are long-dusted kitchen utensils waiting for you to use. It is worth mentioning that after staying for a few days and wanting to sleep quietly, the door clearly shows "Do Not Disturb" and they have to knock on the door every day to ask if you want to clean. The WIFI account and password given by the hotel cannot be used at all. At first, I thought it was because I didn't understand English. As a result, I asked the front desk, the cleaning staff, and even the Ctrip customer service for the WIFI account and password, but none of them could connect. I have never seen such a difficult time to use WIFI. It doesn't matter. The key is that the signal of the network I bought is very poor, so I can only use the room network. As a result, I can't connect at all. In order to find out the WIFI, I called the hotel's phone numbers from various channels, but none of them can be dialed. On the card, on Ctrip, at least four or five phone numbers were found, and none of them can be dialed. Such a hotel will definitely not be able to stay in the future. Even asking their own internal waiters can't figure it out. How can I, an outsider, understand how to connect? I have lived for so long and have never seen such a difficult time to connect to WIFI. After staying for a week, I finally didn't connect to WIFI. But it is worth mentioning that I am still very grateful to Ctrip's customer service. Horrible experience and completely not worth the money. We are generally quite okay with budget rooms and even are able to handle some uncleanliness but the conditons of this room was so bad we ended up not even staying as the room was so disgusting. Had to book another room the actual night, due to how bad the condition was and unhelpfulness of customer service to switch rooms or accomodate refunds 1. Confusing customer service: Check in was confusing and the contact number provided was not helpful at all, asked what the procedure was and just told me check in was at 3, and did not provide other information. Had to ask other people on ground how to check in and got lost for about 30 mins. 2. Room was disgusting, which we found out was because the window was broken (see image) and was not able to close, letting the cold damp air into the room. There was a bad smell which can only be assumed to be mold or something rotting. The bed sheets and pillow were all cold and damp, and the furniture was incredibly disgusting and looked like it was rotting. The room was also so cold we basically had to wear jackets. The floor was also super dirty and sticky, and full of debris on your feet after walking in it. 3. Customer service did not offer to change room, basically telling us we had to deal with the horrendous room conditions. Completely not worth the stay, as other properties offer cheaper rooms with much better conditions (the room provided by premium suites was barely considered liveable)
