This hotel is in central Surabaya, but the room interior really needs to be repaired. The furniture was also scratched, when we came here when it was raining, the upper ceiling had water droplets on it and it turned out it was leaking... and there were lots of small insects, and like small crosses in the bathroom... all the rooms were like that, visitors wouldn't come back again... Even though the employees are very friendly, the security, Miss Angkringan, and the technicians... are really good...👍 Complete facilities, get 2 sandals, a comb, and the room is quite spacious. BTW, thank you trip.com for providing cheap prices

Everything is good! Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, services. Except the king sized bed is actually 2 supersingle bed combined, makes it feel abit uncomfortable to sleep in the center of the bed.

Staying at the Ibis Surabaya hotel was quite satisfying. The location is very strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya, and local food can be found behind the Ibis hotel within walking distance. The facilities are adequate, although they are single units even for two occupants. Unfortunately, there is no elevator from the car park, making it quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage to carry from the car. The food served is delicious and varied, with good service, and uniquely, there is a playground for elementary school-aged children.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. The night view from the top is stunning. However, the road leading to the hotel is quite steep, and the staff at the door didn't assist with our luggage, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the overall experience was well worth it!
