Good value. 2nd floor, not wifi signal. Breakfast is just white bread with coffee or tea. Nice the provide drinking water.

Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Surabaya Gubeng Station. Wi-Fi is only available in the common areas and does not reach the rooms. The air conditioning in the rooms is too cold. The only amenities provided are body soap in the shower room and toilet paper. Breakfast is toast and coffee or tea. Free mineral water, hot and cold are also available.

1. The front desk service is excellent, which is definitely a plus.
2. However, there are no lockers for storing luggage, not even small ones. This leaves guests feeling unsafe and frustrated. As a hostel, this is a basic service, and it's baffling that such a simple thing is overlooked.
3. How can a place with these facilities have such a high rating? I suspect the score might have been artificially inflated.
4. There’s no Wi-Fi connection from the bed.

Excellent location near Surabaya Gubeng Station and several big malls.
The capsule was nice, but my room had too powerful A/C. It was cold throughout the night. The blanket was also slim. Wifi didn't work in room but the reception area.
The worst thing about my stay was mosquito in the room. I woke up several times.

The accommodation experience is extremely poor. There are so many people living in several rooms on the second floor. There are only two washbasins, one of which is broken. Hygiene is very poor. Breakfast is provided. I booked a bed for three days, but ended up staying only for two. They didn't give me a check-out fee, and I couldn't even ask for breakfast. Bad review.
