Apart from location walking distance from Tunjungan Plaza, everything else was disappointing.
From service to cleanliness to the condition of the room, everything was bad. The towel looks horrible which I think this is beyond usage, wifi was poor and keeps disconnecting. The bed although looking nice, bedsheet was with horrible stains too.
I will not recommend anyone to use this hotel by all means.

Nice, unique facilities, spacious rooms, pretty clean, it's just that there was one cockroach that passed when I was about to sleep. For rooms it takes time to prepare unlike other hotels which usually can enter immediately when you have booked. The security guard is a bit unfriendly
