The staff here are very nice and have great communication. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are complete, and a simple breakfast is provided in the morning. The location is convenient to various attractions, and the nearby supermarket is only 10 minutes away. Finally, there is a walking tour in the city. Even if you don’t live here, you can sign up. This tour can take you to learn a lot about the architecture, food, history, etc. of this place. It is very worthwhile to join.

I booked a private room in this hostel. The room was very spacious, clean and simple but effective. The communal areas and bathroom were always clean and pleasant too. The staff at this hostel are excellent, they are friendly, welcoming and a great source of information. The hostel provides plenty of guides on things to do/ see and eat as well as a free tulips walking tour. The location is perfect and in the asking distance to all the main point of town.

Da quando sono arrivato, Federico, Matteo e gli altri oste sono stati davvero gentilissimi e accoglienti. È un bel posto dove fare nuovi incontri e legare nuove amicizie. La posizione, volendo camminare un pò è molto centrata ed è davvero facile raggiungere le stazioni più vicine. C'è in più una grande e spaziosa cucina, arredata in modo molto simpatico dove puoi cucinare e mangiare in compagnia. L'ostello in sé è un posto un pò bizzarro e anche un pò trascurato, come se fosse una locanda dove i viaggiatori dell 800 si fermavano lungo i loro lunghi viaggi a piedi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.mi sono sentito a casa, spero di tornarci presto.

A good feel factor staying at Ostellin.
Matteo upon arrival and Federico at the time of check out were friendly, informative, courteous.
Each staff was friendly.
Every little adds to customer experience and Ostellin is a cheerful place to stay.
English speaking and multilingual team.
A complimentary breakfast for all staying at Ostellin is a value addition.
Kitchen kept clean at all times. Beds comfortable and good hygiene is maintained throughout.

Goodness in Customer Experience
Stay here and experience goodness of individuals working here.
Comfortable, clean, cheerful atmosphere.
Marco is helpful, courteous with caring attitude and same is with all who are a part of Ostellin.
Surprise breakfast is one of the things amongst others that gives a make feel wanted feeling.... Little efforts adding to customer journey and Ostellin excels in it.

I stayed with a friend in a private room. We found a bed bug that same evening on the nightstand, and then I was bitten during the night. The managers didn't offer us a refund, only a room change for our second night. We had to pay to have our belongings taken care of once we left the hostel. We also found a bed bug molt in the room, meaning there wasn't just one.

Ostello a 300 mts da piazza de Ferrari. Exclave con 4 stanze in immobile adiacente. Bagno in comune, cucina attrezzata per colazione. Molto pulito. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile 45 euro a persona con colazione.post mezza maratona, abbiamo fatto le docce da loro e bagagli custoditi senza problemi. Top.

Spyro’s walking tour was amazing! Went into it reluctantly seeing it was around 4 hours, but this was no issue as Spyro is so lovely and passionate about Genova it made the time fly by. He showed us some local food, history and the spots that you usually wouldn’t venture on your own looking around. Which helped change your perspective about the city. Couldn’t recommend this anymore and I say it is a great thing to do on your trip. Thank you Spyro
