Punto di forza di questa struttura è la posizione strategica, a ridosso del porto, acquario e altro raggiungibile in pochi passi, e nello stesso tempo contiguo alle strade principali che portano in centro. Si tratta di un palazzo antico e quindi è ovvio che lo stile sia molto classico anche se qualche piccolo miglioramento è sempre possibile. Colazione sufficiente anch'essa migliorabile volendo soprattutto nel salato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. In sostanza sicuramente consigliato soprattutto alle famiglie.

Abbiamo fatto visita all’acquario di Genova e non potevamo trovare un alloggio migliore di questo ; fronte acquario e in pieno centro . Non è un vero e proprio hotel o “palace” in quanto si trova all’interno di un condominio ma di sicuro fa invidia a tante altre strutture . Si trova all’ultimo piane del condominio e ha una vista mozzafiato . Camere ampie e pulite, titolare molto simpatico, servizio prima colazione super ! Sicuramente da tornarci

Personale gentile. Nella camera si sentiva ogni tanto cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno. Non adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità. La colazione non era molto varia. Caffè, acqua calda per il thè e latte erano all interno di brocche termiche ma senza etichette quindi non si sapeva cosa ci fosse dentro e non erano presenti gli allergeni. Molto gradito il servizio di custodia gratuito dei bagagli, la frutta e l acqua all arrivo e la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente dei prodotti presenti nel frigo bar. Ottima la posizione vicino alle attrazioni principali e alla Metro.

Am writing this as I am unable to sleep due to the dismal fluctuations in sounds and noises coming from the street. It is the 21st century and sound proofing has become accessible. Am turning to an Airbnb for last resort. Poor sound insulation between room and street and between the rooms as the renovations have been made with dry wall. Individual rooms are accessed via low security sliding doors. Extension chords hanging around as well as no fire safety concern. High risk low reward stay.

Ottima posizione per la visita della città. Albergo ricavato da un condominio d'epoca, le stanze sono ubicate al quarto piano e la sala colazione in un altro appartamento sullo stesso pianerottolo. Personale assente e dopo le 19:30 si procede con il check in automatico. locali puliti e vista sul porto antico. Manca un parcheggio privato, ma ve ne sono diversi pubblici non troppo lontani. Stanze abbastanza larghe ma senza tavolino. Colazione discreta, ma servita alle 8:00, anche se, dietro richiesta, è stata anticipata alle 7:45. Prezzi elevati per i servizi resi.
