I’m forced to give 1 star for the service because I almost turned gray trying to get into the hotel and I absolutely don’t understand the administrator’s motivation. The house is very specifically located among the hill, the hotel is located on the fifth floor of the house, the entrance to the house is on the first floor and on the sixth floor on the back side (up the stairs), the navigator will certainly lead you to the first floor (which is logical), there you will even see button with the name of the hotel, but by clicking on it you will not receive a response. Thanks to a joyful coincidence, two ladies came into the house, we slipped inside, went up to the 5th floor, and there was a combination lock. To find out the code, you need to check in; to check in, you need to know the code. Vicious circle. The Russian telecom operator did not work for me in Italy, I was not able to call, thank God my husband had 4% charge left and he called the number indicated on the door, it’s just a pity that no one answered. And then we were lucky again and a married couple opened the door, thanks to which we finally got inside the hotel, where a form with my name and the door keys were already waiting on the table. After another 10 minutes the administrator called back and sent instructions on how to get to the hotel, thank you, very timely. I believe that in self-service hotels of this kind it is necessary to send instructions in advance upon the fact of booking, and not upon arrival, since travelers on the road may simply not have a charge on their phone/Internet/mobile communications. As for the hotel itself, or more correctly the hostel - an amazing house with a front atrium, which, after completing all the initial quests, causes admiration, a clean, comfortable room, very early check-out (in my opinion, before 10 am) and phenomenal audibility, we spoke in a whisper in the room. I would stay here again, because I have already solved all the mysteries of the check-in, but for an elderly person who does not speak a foreign language well, or who does not have a means of communication, this is very discourteous.

Very clean and hygienic

Siamo arrivati in anticipo e ci hanno permesso subito di lasciare i bagagli. Ottima accoglienza. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Palazzo antico molto bello. La camera davvero interessante , grande, arieggiata, spaziosa, molto pulita. Il beb è situato nella parte alta di Genova molto vicino al centro. Nelle vicinanze c'è una bellissima terrazza dove godere di un meraviglioso panorama dall alto di tutta la città, è c'è un ascensore che ti permette di scendere subito in centro. Siamo stati davvero bene!!!!

Zrobiliśmy rezerwację w tym obiekcie ze względu na późny przylot samolotem i możliwość check-in po 22 za dodatkową opłatą 20 euro (którą gotowi byliśmy ponieść). Niestety - okazało się, że hotel zamyka drzwi o 19!!! - to po co informacja na stronie o możliwości późniejszego zameldowania??? Hotel nie zgodził się na odwołanie rezerwacji (straciliśmy pieniądze za pokój opłacony z góry) mimo że wina jest ewidentnie po jego stronie. Naciągacze, nie polecamy, sami też skorzystamy przy kolejnej wizycie w Genui.
