當時到了這家酒店先看了一下房間比較差，就跟老闆協商退了，老闆也同意我們的退房，你們先走吧，等會幫你退了，我還謝謝她呢，可一想還是等到退完了再走，等到她忙完後我説麻煩你給退一下吧，等會？就又等會吧，等她一會又問她請幫我退一下吧，她的一語驚人，同意退房不等於同意退款，這樣吧，退你50%的房款吧，我也跟她協商好一會就不答應，後面又通過平台進行協商處理，要退衹退一半，對於這家酒店言而無信的做法可恨的無語？望來根河的朋友注意點這家店吧？

第二次來根河，城市建設發展的很快，温度適宜。酒店後面有個大院子，可以停車，可以晾衣服，對自駕遊特別友好

我們都是66歲長者，賓館沒電梯，叫幫忙拿一下行李，店主就説上海人矯情，講她們沒有義務拿行李，指傷罵愧。馬桶蓋子都是壞的。
