酒店前面是裝修工地，主樓後面一塊空地，去景區要麼走過去大概15分鐘左右，要麼自己開車去停車場再坐景區電瓶車。第一天剛到，前台第一句話就是來太遲下午茶結束了，其實您不用這麼強硬，有沒有都無所謂，我連水壺礦泉水都自備的。剛進主樓一股很濃的裝修塗料味，像正在準備裝修的半毛坯房子，很小的電梯上樓進房間。很久沒見過乾濕不分離的衞生間，洗完澡下水一夜沒排幹，無奈衹能用自己的一次性浴巾鋪在馬桶前面踩着如廁，否則坐馬桶上腳會泡水裡。用水是兩個極端，要麼燙要麼冰涼，洗漱前調半天調不好，習慣早上洗頭髮也懶得洗了。隔音是個笑話，隔壁爸爸給孩子講故事，我和我女兒聽得津津有味，孩子睡着後夫妻倆呢喃細語聲，後面是男子的打呼聲，我們房間聽得清清楚。一夜沒睡好，早上想睡個懶覺，又被外面説話聲、阿姨的打掃聲，等等嘈雜的聲音，隔壁開關門我房間甚至有振動。如果貴酒店衹是5、6百我都可以接受，可是您1千多，服務、衞生、環境一樣沒有，請問貴酒店不心虛嗎？

跟朋友一家一起來內蒙玩兒，敖魯古雅。這裡有兩個不錯的酒店，選啊選，決定這家更有特色的。事實證明這是個非常正確的選擇。
酒店訂好後，客服苗苗就加了微信，並幫忙對我們之前的行程進行了優化，還幫我們定了包車，真是省心。
本來定的兩個大床房，到酒店後，兩個孩子對獨棟搓羅子非常喜歡，苗苗有幫忙申請了升級，而且是馴鹿主題家庭房。孩子高興壞了。酒店的設施看圖吧，衹能説非常滿意。
營地的玩樂項目很多，見圖，孩子們玩兒的不亦樂乎。
到呼倫貝爾第三天，孩子們最高興的一天。贊！

非常滿意，環境很好，住的撮羅子特色房，馴鹿主題的，孩子非常喜歡，撮羅子裏面的設施全是高科技，全屋聲控，竟然還有外加投影和衞洗麗，傳統的撮羅子配置現代化傢俱位，有種穿過時空的感覺。巨大的熱水器，泡澡很舒服。管家苗苗很貼心，從訂房開始就主動聯繫客人，加了微信，基本有什麼問題在出發前就詢問好了，入住後更是提供了非常到位的服務，十分主動熱情。一般旅行一輩可能就來一次敖魯古雅，非常值得住一下撮羅子，很好的體驗。另外屋頂的星空頂是可以開關的，看星空時候打開，睡覺就可以關閉，不怕4點就天亮。住營地還可以開車進敖魯古雅，看博物館和馴鹿園很方面。

一定要住撮羅子，比住主樓更有感覺。
其實就是有撮羅子外形的小房子，真的撮羅子條件可沒有這麼好。
營地很有本地部落體驗感，還有秋千、人力過山車、蹺蹺板給孩子們玩。
小朋友們非常喜歡。
