Everything was great, the bedroom was really clean, good interior design, high quality mattress and sheets. The view was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything you need for a short stay.

The most comfortable hotel on this trip, the front desk originally said that it could be upgraded by 145 Euros. Later, I thought that the original room was also good, but I did n’t upgrade. The bathroom and bedroom are large, and the service is attentive and meticulous, especially for breakfast. We ordered all the dishes, all of which are above the standard level. They are particularly delicious, and they are exquisite. Highly recommended!

The service at La Reserve is very impressive! I carried my luggage down a few steps by myself, and I didn't expect the waiter to help me, but I saw someone sprinting towards me. When I entered the door, the waiter was about to turn around to do something else. As soon as I hesitated, the waiter came back and asked if I needed any service. Hello, A superb hotel, close to the city centre, very well served by several bus and tram lines. The receptionist Francesco who took care of us upon our arrival was extremely kind and professional. I insist on certain points because this is far from being the case in all hotels. So, a big thank you for your welcome. There was also a very friendly and smiling receptionist whose first name I have forgotten, sorry, who took care of our luggage and the reservation of the shuttle to the airport on the day of our departure.
