Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5.

The hotel is strategically located, offering the charm and luxury of the 60s combined with all the modern amenities. It has aged gracefully over the years, maintaining its elegance and character. My parents stayed here in the 80s, and I must say—it’s just as fascinating and impressive today. The hotel has stood the test of time remarkably well. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and always eager to help. Service is impeccable, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. All in all, it’s a lovely destination in Geneva—ideal for both business travelers and families. A truly world-class experience. Can’t wait to be back!

Absolutely horrible experience at the hotel. Front desk manager Marion was combative with us, spoke non-truths about our company, and was overall rude. I can’t believe she works in the hospitality industry. Absolutely no empathy or integrity. Preferred to blame everyone else. Such a disappointment. Good location and the other staff was nice. Rooms are average with inconsistent HVAC.

Nous avons été au brunch du dimanche. Le buffet était parfait, avec de nombreuses spécialités et une excellent présentation. Par contre nous avons été très déçus voire trompés sur le plat chaud que nous avons pris, car sur le menu il était précisé noix de veau alors que le morceau qui s est trouvé dans notre assiette était de la blanquette !!! Très décevant. Nous aimerions également attirer l attention du restaurant sur le plateau de fromages. Bien qu il aie été relativement restreint, les fromages n étaient pas à point, et il serait profitable de mettre le nom des fromages qui sont présentés. Le budget étant relativement conséquent, pour ce brunch il me semble que ces remarques sont appropriées.
