Very disappointing. Didn’t get our room back nail 5:30. Pool closed all day. We were locked out of our room from the inside. Had to Wait an additional 20 minutes for another room. Snooty. No concern for the inconvenience. No comps. We are Bonvoy members. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, courteous and professional. I asked for an ice pack for my knee and in a matter of minutes, someone was at my door with it. The room was comfortable. Everything was in working order. The pool was very pleasant. The only thing I didn't understand and didn't ask about was that many of the lounge chairs would have a notice on them that they were taken, but a lot more were taken than there were people at the pool. Not fair to the people at the pool that they can't have a lounge chair that's not being used. I still say our experience was excellent. We had a corner junior suite with a Lake view.

Localização e serviço excelentes. Embora não fique no “ centro” propriamente dito, tudo está muito próximo mesmo a pé. A vista para o lago vale a pena . Hotel bastante limpo, pessoal muito atencioso, café da manhã muito variado O arranjo de flores da entrada, pelo menos quando lá estive era maravilhoso, istamagravel!
