Hotel located 10-15 minutes from train station, checkin at 3pm we got there a bit early receptionist kept our luggage while we sightseen, hotel room small and dark #401, shower stall very tight 2ftx2ft , the bathroom smell of sewer gas, I noticed there's no p trap in the sink, probably that's where the smell came from.

Hotel located 10 minutes from the main train station, located on a road with many shops and coffee shops. Hotel lovely and modern, clean and quiet. We booked the twin room and we stayed on the 7th floor in the highest point of the building. Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom and very comfortable beds. Breakfast isn’t included, if you choose to have breakfast here it’s 17 CHF about 15 GBP per person. Reasonable prices when you can go up a couple of times if you choose to have something extra. Continental breakfast and for two vegetarians there was plenty of choice! Nothing negative to say about this hotel. Situated 5 minute walk from Lake Geneva and central to everything you need! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

At one time it looks as this was a very comfortable hotel, however,it is now in need of some attention. Many of the lights and switches in the room simply did not work. No lights in the room hallway making it difficult if not impossible to use the wardrobe or safe. Only light switch on one side of the bed worked and some of the overhead lights were not working. The bathroom mirror light did not work either. The bathroom shelf was tilted meaning everything fell off into the washbasin if you tried to use it. Towel rail heater did not work either. All these items were reported to reception. Breakfast is also pretty basic. Luckily there are plenty of alternatives nearby and the rail station is only 8 minutes walk away. Hopefully, it will be restored to its former glory sometime soon.

We chose this hotel to be near our daughter's flat and are we ever glad we did. I have traveled the world for more than 40 years so it takes a lot to impress me positively or negatively. Hotel Rousseau provided two wonderful 4 night stays in December. The location is stellar, convenient to all that you might want to do including the train station. The rooms are clean and well designed. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Shamsa was at the front most of the time and made sure all was right with our stay in every way. We will be back! Thanks!

The location of this hotel is ideal....50 meters from the lake and 50 meters from Manor ... where you can buy food ,sandwiches,chocolates etc The coffee here is $2 and a veg baguette sandwiches for $ 6.80 The rooms were super clean...facing the main street and the Train Station is a 8 minute walk ... I would stay here again ... Forgot to mention...the sweetest and most helpful staff at the Reception...the 2 ladies and the Mr ...all 3

Habitación grande, confortable, cómoda y amplia. El baño con todo lo necesario y moderno. Muy bien situado, cerca del centro y de la estacion de tren, a pesar de eso es muy tranquilo y no se oye un ruido. Muy buen trato de la recepción. El desayuno es muy completo y sale a cuenta

Questo hotel offre tutto per chi vuole soggiornare nel centro città. In pochi passi si riesce a andare da per tutto. Il gerente / ricezionista, “Federico da Milan”, é una persona molto cordiale ed aiuta sempre quando c’è bisogno. Bravo Federico e grazie di nuovo per il gentile “regalo di compleanno”. Le camere potrebbero avere qualche m2 in più, però va bene perché non servono per rimanere tutto il giorno rinchiuso.

After having been coming a few times to Geneva for work now, we would like yo thank specially Frederico for his attentive service; express checkings in and out, remembering our favorite rooms, bringing ironing boards in the early mornings before work, and and and.
