The hotel is great and brand new with sauna, swimming pool and gym. My checking in staff was very friendly and helpful but there was one day our room wasn’t made even tho we hung the tag in front and spoke to the cleaning lady. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, not like the lady on the first day. It was only flaw for this hotel throughout my 4Nights stay.

Good location of the hotel and loved the facilities but the reception staff is just doing their work without any motivation I think. Maybe they are burned out, not sure. If you checkout and the only 2 sentences they say is ‘there is a city tax to pay and bye’, I think they need to get some hospitality lessons. You can also say ‘I hope you enjoyed your stay, please let us know when you would visit again and we’ll gladly welcome you again’. Also when your guests enter the building, not even noticing you and saying hello,.. nothing. For me these little things are normal and happen at other hotels. But this hotel lacks the hospitality/motivation sadly. Regards.

Le sur matelas indiqué n’est qu’une alèse rembourrée. Les peintures sont abîmées. Des éléments de décoration également abîmées. Tous les miroirs sont fumés donc difficile de correctement se préparer. Accès gratuit à la machine et organisation de l’espace commun sont des plus.
