Les chambres, le service, la décoration, le personnel tout est incroyable dans cet hôtel ! La vue lac est magnifique surtout qu’il se situe pile en face du marché de Noël ce qui donne un côté très chaleureux et magique. Nous avons dîné sur la terrasse du restaurant éphémère des fondues. Les portions sont vraiment petites, l’expérience en elle-même était agréable. Cependant, je m’attendais à mieux en termes de service. Je n’ai rien contre personne en particulier et je n’ai pas vécu une expérience catastrophique, mais pour le prix payé pour une fondue et pour le standing de l’hôtel, je trouve cela vraiment en deçà des attentes. Le service était pressé, distant, et nous avons attendu assez longtemps avant d’être servis. De plus, les plats sont arrivés de manière très décalée (la viande séchée a été servie au moins 20 minutes après la fondue…), et le vin était chaud. Mention spéciale toutefois à Killian, qui, dès qu’il a pris soin de notre table, a fait tout son possible pour nous faire sentir bien accueillis. Vraiment attentif et élégant, bravo pour ton professionnalisme !
