The location is excellent, less than ten minutes' walk from the train station. As it is in the city center, it is very convenient to go to the attractions. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, and is not inferior to a five-star hotel. The breakfast is rich and worth tasting. The price is not outrageous in Geneva. I will choose this hotel next time.

A charming little hotel just a stone's throw from the train station. The window didn't close properly and so we could hear the work opposite and the noise from the street. A kettle with a French plug that was impossible to plug in without an adapter.

Convenient transportation! The service attitude of the girl at the front desk is very good. Clean and beautiful hotel!

We booked three rooms in total. Several very unpleasant things happened! 1. When we arrived, we drove and asked the hotel if there was a parking lot. They gave us a paid parking lot that could only be used for night parking. They said that the car could be parked in front of the hotel the next morning, but they had to be informed in advance. The next morning we took the car to the airport to return it because it was a bit expensive. When checking out they said they would charge us for parking. We said, there is no parking, and we didn’t tell you where to get the parking fee if you need a parking space? I wonder if they will deduct our money from the pre-authorization. 2. The water faucet and hot water in one of the rooms was broken. I asked the hotel to repair it and said it would be fixed on the same day. However, when I returned to the room the next day, it was still broken. When I asked the hotel how to deal with it, they said, whatever. I said I wanted to file a complaint against them, but they still said it was okay. 3. When checking out, I took a breakfast receipt saying that someone of us had breakfast on 9/1, and the receipt was for room 404 (which happened to be my room). When I saw that the room number had been changed, I asked her what it was. What? She said it was you who had breakfast! I said that I went to mena cafe for breakfast yesterday, and this is not my signature either. How do you prove it's me? She said it’s you. I asked her how to prove it? They have neither proof of room card swiping nor monitoring, so they can just take an order and blackmail guests. Really bad! What's going on in Europe?

The hotel facilities are quite old, but the room is quite spacious, the hygiene is OK, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the train station, the breakfast is relatively simple, in general, this price is still cost-effective

Very convenient place, you can get to the station quickly wherever you go. The room is quiet, the setting is antique and comfortable, I will stay here again.

The room has an Italian style. The breakfast is also great. The triple room is spacious and has a mini kitchen. It is very close to the flower clock fountain. There are many restaurants nearby, and the convenience store is not big. The restaurant staff is very friendly.
