If you're travelling with a pet, the "pet fee may apply" is a bit inaccurate. It absolutely does apply and it's $25 per night. My dog stayed in his crate, we were there 3 nights, gone all day, just there in the evening, I left the room spotless, but the fee is a rigid fee. Yet, people smoke all over the property and it blows into the AC vents from outside plus there is smoke and incense (trying to hide the smoke) in the building. Staff are very nice and seem to really try but the rules are too lenient re: smoking and too rigid re: pets. An extra 75 for my spotless dog was unfair. Usually a "pet fee may apply" when I book (I do this a lot) means there may be a charge if extra cleaning or sometimes means a one time fee for cleaning upon check out. Had the extra 25/night been stated upfront, other hotels would have been in the same price range and considered. Including newer ones without smoke.
