Overall good experience, booked a King bedroom and it has all the basics (hairdryer, electric kettle, even a fridge!). Though the room was small but everything essential was provided. The area is close to a lot of restaurants as well.

My family was checked into suite 803.to get to it we had to walk past a stinking rubbish room with dirt on outside it on the corridor floor! In the suit itself, there were stalactites formed on the hall ceiling with stalagmites growing on the floor in the middle of a pool of water! The guy on duty(apparently they had no manager there to manage the place) said it must have just happened and housekeeping had not told anyone yet!!!I hate blatant lies, stalactites and stalactites take months to grow and these were at least 6 months old!!! They moved us to suite 1105. This was marginally better but apart from the simple lock on the main door there was no secondary lock on it as the chain was missing!! It appears they did not maintain this room either and are comfortable to put their guests security at risk. Other people have written about their bad experiences at this property on Trip Adviser over several years and where the management has replied they have said they will improve! Rubbish, these are just words. From our experience the management and maintainable of this place has not improved. There are properties in Penang managed by passionate staff. This is not one of them and well worth avoiding!!

For a budget hotel, it was above my expectations. Ade its own mart. There are toiletries, snacks, etc you can straight buy at the reception. Got coway at some floors. It's clean! even on the stairs and hallway. Water heater, tv, towels, etc basics ones made available. Hotel parking got but limited. Definitely leaving a good impression for my impromptu overnight. Keep it up.

The service was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. My room had faulty lighting and a malfunctioning water heater. When the technician checked, he informed me that the issue was due to incorrect wiring and that he couldn’t fix it. As a result, I was moved to another room on a different floor. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take a shower the entire morning and had to cancel my appointment. I had to pack my belongings and relocate on my own, as no porter assistance was provided. The duty manager who handled my complaint was a young lady who seemed like a fresh graduate. While she was polite, she lacked the training and experience to manage such situations effectively. Her only response was to apologize. Since this is a new building, ongoing renovations in many units created constant noise. I was surprised that management allowed renovations even on weekends, starting as early as 9 a.m. Additionally, loud piped music played along the apartment corridors throughout the day. It was disruptive, especially in the early morning, making it difficult to rest. The repetitive music continued until late evening, giving the place the atmosphere of a low-end supermarket rather than a comfortable stay. I hope the management will conduct thorough wiring inspections before a guest suffers a fatal electrical shock from a faulty water heater.

Tried out new concept with M Qube & it turned a pleasant stay. It is clean & well maintained in all areas. You will get all basic that needed after check-in and in your own cube. Locked locker provided also which no need worry your belongings with no where store but suggested for small/medium size only. Great ME-Time spent in own cube. You will have shared bathroom and it is acceptable clean level. Just to watch up that your amenities shower tray will be get wet if using standing rain shower head as it will spill all around. Location ok as there is a food court next to the building and the price is reasonable. I think gotten my second home to stay in whenever visit Penang 😊 Will be back soon!

I'm a solo traveler. Got a restaurant just in front of the hotel. Btw, it's just a place to take a nap. No shower heater in my room at 205. Please improve the cleanliness of room and bathroom. Overall, okay.

The room is considered ok, the service is good, but I have already stayed. There is no drinking water in the room. There is only a kettle. Overall, it is considered ok. There is no drinking water provided. The atmosphere is like being at home or a homestay in Ayutthaya.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. Booked via OYO app and paid online. Called them earlier that I will be late and they said not a problem. Finally arrived at 11pm after more than 10 hours drive. Was told by the nice lady at the front counter that rooms were double booked and no single rooms available. Discussed for a solution e.g. free upgrading as it was not my fault they double booked. Nice lady called her manager/owner. I told him of the binding contract and asked for help. This rude manager/owner sarcastically told me there is only the TOILET available. He further rudely told me if I want him to build a new room with cement now to accomodate me and the last straw was when he threatened to call the police. He also told me this is not the first time it happened and he is not afraid nor rattled of this issue. He told me to deal with OYO myself and this is not his problem. How can he treat a paying customer like this. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE.
