Really nice hotel in a good location.

I had an excellent experience with the service and location. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the overall environment felt professional and modern.

This hotel is ok and, if priced a bit lower would have gone for 4 out of 5. It is the kind of hotel that you book and know you are going to be paying a higher amount, but expect a bit more for your money. Good things - centrality of location, clean, decent bed and room size - however, we paid for a Queen room, gym (small but have seen smaller in hotels), free hot drinks throughout the door in Reception. Airport transfers set up by hotel were reliable. Average - breakfast - decent selection but have had better in other Polish hotels which cost a lot less. Staff (polite although do not expect any warmth). No questions about whether everything was ok when I checked out. One member of staff at check in WAS friendly and welcoming. Poor - it is noisy; we were on the 7th room facing a side alley. There was one evening where it seemed that some type of delivery was going on from about 4 to 5 am which was really noisy. Lots of outside noise despite not being on the street. I asked for a kettle prior to arriving and was told there would be one in the room - there was not. Everything is controlled by a tablet (temperature, lighting etc). The day before we left, it completely ran out of charge. No proper magnifying make up mirror - bathroom lighting can be changed but it is not great overall. Strange glass bathroom door which does not shut properly and which can be looked through. Overall I felt that I paid too much for the experience we had (and I stay in hotels including hotels in Poland fairly regularly.

Stayed three nights and had a great experience overall. Hotel is centrally located - the street itself is pedestrianised so taxis drop you off about 50 metres away. Cost of an Uber from the airport was 60ZL (£12). Check in was speedy and we had an inside room on the 3rd floor - the windows overlooked a central atrium where the dining room was, and faced the windows opposite. If you think this might be an issue ask for a room facing onto the street. The electrical items in the room (air con, lights, tv) were controlled by a tablet device. Initially it was difficult to tab between the various functions but I restarted it and it was fine after that. Bathroom was a good size with walk in shower. There was free (not password protected) Wi-Fi. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. There was no coffee machine/kettle in the room but there was a coffee machine in the lobby where you could help yourself at any time. There was a fridge in the room and guests were provided with a can of water each day. There were a couple of shops close by to by supplies and the location meant you were really close to many bars , the river and the old town. My only disappointment was that I hadn’t read previous reviews and missed the fact that there was a rooftop bar 😆
