Elevators must be fixed.
Overall the stay was good but consistent issues with the elevators was horrible.
The apartments are located on top of a platform, like an elevated plateau where all the apartments are located with an inside yard. No elevators worked to get up to the plateau, we had to carry our baby wagon, luggage and everything every single time we went somewhere with the baby or back home.
Then the apartments also have multiple floors, the elevators didn’t work there either, so that made it even more annoying and in the end heavy but luckily we managed.
Everything else was great! The location was close to everything and we had all we needed in the apartment to have 4 great days.

A nice appartment who is central
Very modern appartment who is central. Silent and nice view from the appartment. There was no info about the appartment in the room and no info when we chequed in. The bed was a bit hard. Apparment have a good kitchen and bath. We will defenitly go back for a new break.

Terrible hosts, nothing works in the apartment!
Don't book this apartment!! The hosts don't reply to any messages. Poor information from the hosts were to park. The fridge didn't work, no wifi even though it said would had it. The apartment was dirty, towels dirty, dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Air conditioning didn't work either. Central location if you don't mind all the faults. Read reviews in other sites about the apartment.

Fantastiskt läge mitt i gamla stan, matbutik runt hörnet. Lägenheten var fräsch och hade balkong in mot en trevlig innergård. Badkar och fint kök.
Vi kom lite sent men var inge problem att checka in, värden möte upp oss sent på kvällen. Väldigt tryggt boende, en vakt vid ingången och massa kameror.

We booked an apartment at the Dom & House Old Town Groba Apartment through ******* in March of 2024 for a booking on June 10th. In the time in between, I received several confirmation emails from ******* including 3 days before arriving. I contacted the property management company Dom and House by email on the Friday before our arrival on Monday with all of our arrival information, asked about storing our luggage, and where to find their check in off and received a reply about the office location and luggage storage and no mention of any problems. When we arrived on Monday, we were told that the apartment had been rented long term 8 days earlier, long term. Initially we were told that that they hadn’t received the reservation from ******* but I show them several confirmations, a paid receipt, and the email I received from them. The story then changed to a problem with their system. We had chosen a specific apartment in the old city center in a quiet location and their only offer to us was an apartment 15 minutes away without similar reviews. After complaining, they offered a 10% discount on an apartment that was already obviously cheaper than the one we already paid in full which was not and offer. This made the customer service seem even worse. Luckily ******* stepped in and refunded our payment and booked us in a similar apartment with a higher price without charging the difference. I would not recommend booking any property with company because of their terrible customer service and obvious ability to lie and in my opinion scam a customer.

Were here with my friend spending long weekend in Gdansk. Clean, neat and functional appartment in a good location. No issues with picking up or returning keys, all went very smoothly and service was also friendly. Well kept and tidy inner warden. No complaints :)

We were charged to get Keys as flight was delayed. Very nice guy that met us but failed to mention that our two apartments two showers were not functional. Mattress absolute disgraceful quality and also pillows. Slept every poorly during my stay . We called about this and was advised we called too late so was not sorted . To top it all room was not serviced from Monday to Friday Never stay there again
